Everyone lands around the same time. Grab bags and head up the Strip.
Drop the bags and freshen up. Dinner is in the building, so there's no rush.
The bar in the middle of the casino, under the big chandelier. Wander the floor and try a few hands if anyone's itching.
Downstairs at the Fontainebleau. Sushi-heavy menu, and the original is in Miami.
Cab down the Strip for the fountain show, then some time at the tables and slots.
